We have provincial-level enterprise technology center and engineering technology research center, contract to build the lab of main shaft for large wind power, own 5 state key production and 14 patents including 10 patents of invention and 4 utility model patent. We fill many domestic blank through the products we manufactured by ourselves cast iron pipe, CNC elevator guide rail planer, 25MN CNC hydraulic straightening machine, large ESR ingot, MW Grade wind power main shaft, ultrahigh pressure large diameter thick wall seamless tube and etc. And be the first to realize industrialization in domestic, ‘The CNC deep hole trepanning horizontal composite lathe’ has passed the new product appraisal acceptance affirmed by SEIC, Independent research and develop the first batch of domestic AP1000 3G nuclear power with ultra low carbon and nitrogen stainless steel 316LN large ESR ingot and F91 three-way pipe and fiber holding type wind power direct drive spindle have passed technological appraisal affirmed by SEIC and Shandong Science & Technology Department. The 120 MN CNC free forging oil compressor has passed the new product appraisal acceptance, and become China’s million tons forging equipment major innovation to fill the domestic blank.
